Shopify Specialist (E Commerce Role)

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Shopify Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Shopify Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Shopify-based e-commerce platforms. Daily tasks include overseeing the setup and maintenance of product listings, implementing e-commerce strategies, analyzing website performance, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to enhance the shopping experience. The role also involves troubleshooting platform issues and staying updated with Shopify updates and e-commerce trends to ensure best practices are followed. Qualifications Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms, specifically Shopify, with the ability to optimize and customize online storesStrong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and teamsAnalytical Skills to assess website performance and gather insights for optimizationExperience or understanding of Sales and marketing strategies in an e-commerce contextKnowledge of SEO and online marketing trends is a plusProficiency in HTML, CSS, or other relevant web development tools is advantageousAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
