Our client are market leaders in their sector within food manufacturing and due to growth, have a requirement for this new position!The Shopper Marketing Controller leads the development and execution of our clients shopper marketing strategy. You’ll own how the brand shows up in-store, online, and in activation moments — guiding shopper decisions and maximising conversion, loyalty, and retailer relationships.You will partner across Brand, Sales, Category, Insights, and external agencies to bring insight-driven, high-performing shopper campaigns to life, measuring and iterating for continuous improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning:Define the shopper marketing vision and strategy that aligns with the brand and commercial objectivesTranslate brand, category and customer plans into actionable shopper plansCollaborate with Sales and Category to integrate shopper plans into Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with retailersActivation & ExecutionOwn the implementation of shopper activations end-to-endEnsure retailer compliance and execution quality consistent with brand guidelinesDrive online and omnichannel shopper presenceInsight, Measurement & OptimisationConduct post-activation reviews and generate insight for future campaignsJoin our ambitious, expanding team and help shape the future of a premium food brand.
