Job DescriptionSupport end-to-end affiliate marketing campaigns with Enterprise partners and/or individual affiliates on Shopee Ambassador ProgrammeManage campaign creatives, communications, and incentive programs to achieve affiliate marketing goalsTrack and analyse the performance of existing affiliate channels through data-driven approach, and consequently optimise and achieve commercial objectivesCoordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to support execution of platform and brand campaignsRequirementsCurrently pursuing Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing or related field)Confident communicator, both verbal and writtenStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach, with strong knowledge of ExcelSelf-starter, fast learner and a team playerExperience with affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or in marketing agency is a plus
