Join us in this role where you’ll take an active part in driving the performance of our trading and balancing activities in the gas market in Northwest Europe while creating value in the short-term gas market.Welcome to Europe GasYou’ll be part of Short-Term Gas Trading Team where you, together with your colleagues, will be executing on trading strategies and opportunities in the market while keeping the portfolio in balance.As a team, we work together to maintain and develop our trading activities, focusing on strategic trading, risk management, and market analysis. You will join eight bright and dedicated colleagues who collaborate cYou’ll play an important role in: trading in the short-term gas markets in Northwest Europe and add value to the gas portfoliobuilding and executing short-term trading strategiesconducting ad hoc analysis and participating in various projectsoccasionally, participating in the 24/7 duty roster, covering 365 days a year for holiday coverage.To succeed in the role, you: are ambitious and preferably have relevant experience from energy markets, commodity- or gas tradingare proactive, solution oriented and can make decisions in a fast-paced environmenthave a strong commercial drive and can work in a high performing team with appetite for risk-taking in tradingare solution oriented and show initiative with excellent communication skillshave strong responsibility and proven cross-functional collaboration skills in an international environment.Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points.
