Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Showroom cum Sales Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This role involves managing the daily operations of the showroom, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, overseeing the sales process, leading the showroom staff, and driving sales performance. The position also requires building strong client relationships, addressing customer needs effectively, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to understand and fulfill client requirements effectively.Proven experience in Sales and Showroom Management, with the ability to achieve business targets and enhance customer satisfaction.Experience in Sales Management, including planning, leading a sales team, and ability to implement strategies to drive revenue growth.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively manage showroom staff.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with natural stone products or experience in the construction or interior design industry is advantageous.
