About the Client:Our client is a leading provider in the automotive and electric vehicle (EV) industry, known for offering innovative, sustainable mobility solutions. With a growing network of showrooms and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, the company continues to expand its reach and set new standards in product quality and service excellence.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing detailed information about products and services.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.Handle sales inquiries, calls, and follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales.Maintain the showrooms professional appearance and ensure product displays are well organized.Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain accurate sales records.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Requirements:Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or showroom operations.Experience in the automotive or EV industry will be an added advantage.Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil proficiency is an advantage).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to engage customers and explain product details clearly.Confident in handling sales calls, cold calls, and follow-ups.Good negotiation and closing skills.Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for maintaining reports and documentation.If you are interested, please send your CV to jobs@mindplus.global or apply below.
