The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the kitchen industry, strong technical understanding of designs and layouts, and proven experience managing both sales and design teams.Responsibilities include: ensuring exceptional customer experience, supervising showroom staff, maintaining high visual standards, and supporting clients with product knowledge and customized solutions.Requirements:Minimum 15 years of experience in showroom management or kitchen/closet industry.Excellent English communication skills.Strong technical knowledge in designs and layouts.Proven leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.Ability to coordinate with sales and design teams effectively.
