Showroom Supervisor

Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized showroom supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas. Job Responsibilities Participate with the sales team in generating sales through high-selling techniques; ­ Ensure consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaints; ­ Maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge; ­ Manages all checkout functions by processing sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts, and maintaining checkout area; also oversees coverage of registers and store supply usage, and performs opening procedures; ­ Monitoring sales staff daily and weekly checklists; Conduct regular and hands-on training of the sales staff; ­ Conduct regular spot checks on pricing and signage; Oversee showroom inventory to avoid any out-of-stock situation. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising housekeeping in terms of cleanliness, display, lighting and stock rotation; Prepare a schedule to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards of the staff. Candidate Requirements Minimum 4 years retail sales experience; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ­ Proven selling, negotiating, convincing and problem-solving skills; Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken; Computer literate. Education Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred
