The HR Assistant who is to support the effective execution of HR projects, systems, and operations by assisting in HRIS implementation, internal communication, HR compliance tasks, and administrative processes within the HR Project & Operations Management Section. ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and implementation of HRIS, HR-related projects, and other assigned activities. Facilitate HR communication tasks, including preparation and dissemination of internal announcements, memos, and digital updates. Coordinate routine HR operations and project activities, ensuring timely activities, tracking, and administrative support. Provide administrative assistance for project-related budgets, including the expenses claim and clearance processes.
Draft and prepare official letters, and assist in the expatriate hiring process, ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations. Handle expatriate stay permits and visa extensions in accordance with government procedures and timelines. Perform clerical tasks, including document preparation, record keeping, and routine administrative duties. Carry out assigned HR activities under the guidance of the immediate superior and Head of HR. Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records and HR documentation. QualificationsA bachelor’s degree or a degree in Business, IT, or Law is preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HRIS or HR project support.
Good digital literacy skills, with the ability to effectively use Excel and data analysis tools. Good understanding of applicable labor laws, rules, and regulations. Must have knowledge and be able to conduct office letter writing and document management. Service Oriented Mindset is a must and be able to effectively communicate via oral and written communication. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
