Job Description

ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a team managing merchant onboarding, documentation, and profile setup. Monitor merchant performance (sales, compliance, fulfillment) and take corrective actions when needed. Resolve escalations from merchants and internal departments. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance merchant experience. Assist in negotiating contracts or partnership terms with key merchants. Generate regular reports on merchant activity, performance KPIs, and team productivity. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth merchant operations. Maintains and grows strong relationships with merchants.

Execute other duties and projects as are reasonably required of your job, in order to maintain, promote, develop and expand the bank and its interests. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

3+ years of relevant working experience in Merchant Acquisition & Management, B2B Partnership & Sales, Business DevelopmentPrior experience in Banking Sector/Financial Services/FinTech/Telecom is an advantage and preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to use MS Office Application Fluency in Burmese & English languagesSuccessful track record in Merchant Acquisition, Sales & B2B partnershipsTop-notch negotiation and influencing skills with empathetic mind Must be able to travel as required by business need – within and outside of Yangon
