SKYNET, under Shwe Than Lwin Group is looking for an experienced Creative Director to provide our channel team with guidance and ideas to launch impressive new projects and foresee ongoing projects. You will advise the concepts and strategies for a particular project within creative department, including, in-house channels, content team and marketing team. Simultaneously monitoring SKYNET’s in-house channels first-hand while collaborating with relevant departments, such as the production team and finance team.
You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the audience. The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our channels’ creative journey, both visually and business-wise to meet our customer expectations and drive SKYNET’s sustainable growth.
Creative Director JD· Conceiving and implementing concepts, creative guidelines, and creative strategies of each channel’s creative outcome in various projects and overseeing them to completion end to end · Collaborating with chief creative officer, head of marketing, head of channels, content team, and production team to obtain knowledge of the trajectory of SKYNET’S brand direction.
· Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion· Collaborate with the head of channels, head of the marketing team, and designers to obtain knowledge of SKYNET’s product requirements· Direct and motivate teams of heads of channels to help them use their talents effectively· Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas· Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team· Train and guide creative strategies to subordinates into accomplished professionals· Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.
Requirements and skills· Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role· Hand-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development· Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Cloud Suit, etc. · Outstanding leadership and organization skills· Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities· BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or a relevant field
