SIAM focuses on coordinating and managing the various services provided by different vendors to ensure they work together seamlessly and meet the organization's overall objectives.Job Summary: SIAM Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the vendor management process, ensuring timely resolution of escalations and disputes, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of vendor governance principles.Key Responsibilities:Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.Conduct regular vendor assessments and audits.Manage vendor relationships and act as the primary point of contact for vendor-related escalations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate vendor risks.Ensure all vendor documentation is up-to-date and accurately maintained.Provide training and support to internal teams on vendor governance best practices.Prepare and present reports on vendor performance and compliance to senior management.Identify Continual Service Improvement opportunities for streamlining vendor engagement and issue resolutionKey Skills:Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Escalation and Dispute Management: Strong skills in resolving escalations and disputes with vendors.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze vendor performance data and make informed decisions.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in maintaining vendor documentation and records.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address vendor-related issues promptly.Strategic and operational leadership in multi-vendor environments.Strong governance and process design capabilities.Expertise in ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management).Experience in vendor management, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance reporting.
