Our team is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated professional as Regional Medical ManagerRole summary: • Coordinates the work of the Medical Team in Sofia and Western Bulgaria. • Leads, supports and develops a team of medical representatives. • Plans, organizes and monitors the daily activities of the team against monthly and annual goals. • Conducts regular individual and team meetings, provides feedback and develops improvement plans. • Analyses market data, results and the competitive environment in the region.
• Responsible for quantitative and qualitative goals in the region, sales results, customer coverage and visit efficiency. • Visits key partners and leading specialists in order to build sustainable and long-term partnerships. • Prepares the necessary reporting for the work of the team he leads. • On boarding of the new medical representatives in the region. • Participates in events, congresses and internal trainings. • Maintains high standards of ethics by monitoring and setting a personal example for the team's compliance with internal policies. Qualifications & Skills: • University Master Degree, аdvantage for the position is master’s degree in pharmacy/medicine. • Previous experience, min. 2 years.
