You’ll be responsible for ensuring robust cybersecurity defenses and leading a team in safeguarding information infrastructures and business processes against evolving cyber threats.Key responsibilities:Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).Lead, mentor, and manage your team to deliver high-quality performance.Make informed technical and strategic decisions within your team and across multiple teams.Collaborate with cross-functional units to strengthen cybersecurity posture.Develop and implement comprehensive security measures to protect systems and data.Monitor infrastructure for vulnerabilities, incidents, or breaches.Conduct security assessments and audits to identify risks and recommend solutions.Qualifications:Required: Expert proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).Minimum 5 years of hands-on SIEM experience.Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team.Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.Experience implementing security controls, protocols, and incident response plans.Familiarity with threat intelligence and regulatory compliance requirements.Location: Cubao, Quezon City
