About The RoleLocation: AlgeriaMode of Employment: PermanentPosition Title: Commercial Sales ManagerA Snapshot of Your DayCommercial Sales Manager at Siemens Energy As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will help Siemens Energy succeed in the region by managing proposals, calculating offers, handling invoices, and controlling project costs. Your financial analysis will drive value propositions and support the implementing units. You will be responsible for the local commercial and financial execution of long-term maintenance contracts for large gas turbines in Algeria. Working closely with the Project Manager, your focus areas will be cost controlling, reporting, risk, claim, and cash management.

You will have direct interaction with the customer and collaborate with various internal departments such as supply chain management, insurance, tax, legal, and logistics. How You’ll Make An ImpactSupporting financial and commercial activities within the scope of the applicable business processes for sales and bidding. Preparing all necessary financial/commercial documents for the sales and bidding process, e. g. , contract analysis, evaluation of risks, project selection, bid/no-bid decision. Conducting sales and proposal procedures and processes to enhance efficiency and boost customer happiness.

Ensuring contract management and structuring for internal and external business, including contract analysis, clarifications, deviations, tax analysis, and contractual risk evaluation. Ensuring that the contract terms and conditions, along with legal review, are aligned, and ensuring contractual risks are strictly and accurately presented. Analyzing contract risks and implementing mitigation plans. Ensuring that all risks accepted from the customer are mitigated through internal processes. What You Bring Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a related field required. Knowledge of IFRS and Algerian accounting regulations.

Ability to build and work with cross-functional and international teams (HUB, Headquarters, etc. ). Strong analytical ability, accuracy, and good communication and interaction skills with both internal and external collaborators. Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP (ideally SAP).
