Processes purchase requests by creating and releasing purchase orders. Manages purchase orders, tracking and expediting for timely and cost-efficient material supply. Maintains and updates supplier master data for accuracy. Actively seeks standardization and improvement opportunities. Ensures strong customer focus by handling requests promptly and with high quality. Communicates efficiently with internal and external stakeholders within Commodity circles.

Responsible for order management and logistics operations while monitoring supplier performance and sharing relevant procurement information with stakeholders. What You BringOver 2- 5 years’ experience in Procurement Activities and supply chain (regardless direct or indirect material) with Japanese and foreign suppliers Operational experience of SAPCommunication and interpersonal skills and proactive approach in both English and Japanese languagesAppreciating intercultural diversity and adjusting to the specific aspects of each countryAbout The TeamOur Corporate and Global Functions are essential in driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across various departments, business areas, and regions.
