A Snapshot of Your DayYou will drive and coordinate all the activities, during the various phases of the projects (from order to delivery). You will build successful sales campaigns for our business units: Gas Services and Transformation of Industry (portfolios: Oil & Gas and Power Generation). You will be the main contact person for our customers: maintain the relationships, develop and implement the sales strategies for each project, secure orders for rotating equipment. You will identify the influencers and decision-makers of the customers, by driving the Siemens Energy values, in each stage of acquisition cycle.
How You’ll Make An Impact Lead and deliver successful sales campaigns in the Oil & Gas and Power Generation market segments in Central Asia. Find opportunities and maintain the list (Salesforce) in an accurate manner. Develop the winning strategy, by incorporating the customer needs, aftermarket and LTP strategies, Siemens Energy strengths, competitor’s weaknesses and an accurate assessment of the market level, regarding the pricing and / or competition positions in the market. Lead technical and commercial negotiations.
Manage the organizational risks through the entire sales process, both in terms of customer contractual obligations as well as providing robust internal forecasting. Maintain a permanent connection and offering the feedback with the customers, by giving relevant informations to strengthen Siemens Energy position.
What You BringBachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering is preferred)Proven experience (5 years+) in Oil & Gas and/or Power Generation industry with at least 3 years in sales/business development roleTechnical understanding of Siemens Energy rotating equipment portfolioStrong analytical and strategic problem solver Proficient in communication, able to discuss technical and commercial aspectsStrong presentations skillsAbility to work independently and interact with all levels within customer organizationAbility to follow and successfully apply all internal processes and policiesWillingness to travel as the need arises (~25%)Language: English (advanced), Russian (fluent), Kazakh (preferred)About the team:
