We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student for IT Application Management to support the lifecycle of business-critical applications. This student role is ideal for candidates with foundational technical knowledge and a willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of application-related tasks. Your Responsibilities:
Provide support for internal business applicationsAssist in monitoring and maintaining application availability and performanceManage user access, basic configurations, and documentationPerform basic maintenance on Windows Server environments and MS SQL databasesCollaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issuesParticipate in testing and deployment of application updatesHelp gather requirements and support small-scale improvements or change requestsDocument workflows, procedures, and known issues in German and/or EnglishYour Profile:
Completed training or studies in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experienceBasic knowledge of Windows Server environments Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL ServerBasic knowledge of Windows Desktop ApplicationsBasic knowledge of NetworkingStrong interest in enterprise applications and IT operationsStructured, reliable, and solution-oriented mindsetWillingness to learn and grow into more advanced responsibilitiesLanguage Skills: Excellent German language skills (min. B2)English (min. B1)What we offer: Basic salary component (gross) and other remuneration: The offered remuneration is from 7 € gross / hour.
