With a mission to drive sustainable development through innovation and strategic partnerships, the company seeks a seasoned Executive Assistant to support its Managing Director in daily operations, strategic initiatives, and high-level administrative duties. Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly intelligent, organized, and dynamic Executive Assistant with a legal background to provide top-tier support to the Managing Director. This individual will act as a key liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, manage sensitive information, and contribute to business efficiency by streamlining administrative and strategic functions. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the MD, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Draft, review, and manage legal and business correspondence, contracts, MoUs, and confidential documents. Conduct research, prepare briefing materials, and ensure the MD is well-prepared for all engagements.

Manage internal communications and coordinate with senior leadership across departments. Attend meetings with or on behalf of the MD, prepare detailed minutes, and follow up on action items. Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and partners ensuring timely and professional communication. Maintain a comprehensive filing system and handle confidential information with discretion. Coordinate board meetings, investor relations documents, and project timelines. Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives or special projects on behalf of the MD. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB); BL qualification is mandatory.

A Masters degree or MBA is an added advantage. Minimum of 7 - 10 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff role. Prior experience working with C-level executives in the energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, or consulting sectors is strongly preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools (e. g. , Google Workspace, MS Teams, Zoom). Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills. Key Competencies:
