About Your New JobAs the Financial Controller, you will: Provide overall financial leadership for the facility, ensuring the delivery of financial and operating results. Be accountable for budgeting, forecasting, and business development support. Counsel the site leader and leadership team on financial matters to maximize revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow generation.
Evaluate the impact of forecasts, new product introductions, and business strategies on financial performance. Provide technical financial advice and interface with internal and external audit teams. Lead initiatives to enhance financial metrics and manage monthly closing processes. Oversee cash control, payroll tax returns, and financial statement preparation. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and maintain strong relations with Certified Public Accountants. Drive continuous improvement and lean principles within the finance department. Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring effective communication and performance measurement. What Skills You Need10+ years of experience in a senior financial position. Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
Proficient in ERP computer applications and complex financial modeling. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of lean production methods is an advantage.
