The client is seeking a dynamic Site Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-profile construction projects from inception to completion. This role demands a decisive leader with a strong technical background, proven stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced site environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, plan, and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and quality workmanship. Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and cost control measures to maximize project profitability. Ensure compliance with construction regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Act as the primary liaison between the client, consultants, and internal project teams. Anticipate risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to minimize project delays. Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and site documentation for senior management. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree advantageous).
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a site/project management role within the construction industry. Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and HSE regulations. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent).
