Piper Companies is looking for a Signal Integrity Engineer to join a leading provider of high-speed interconnect solutions for telecom and datacom systems in an onsite role located near Harrisburg, PA. The ideal Signal Integrity Engineer will design, analyze, and optimize next-generation high-speed connectors and cable assemblies.Responsibilities for the Signal Integrity Engineer:Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to develop cutting-edge high-speed interconnect products.Perform design, simulation, and testing of high-speed electrical connectors and cable assemblies.Provide technical support and solutions for customers’ high-speed data transmission needs.Troubleshoot and resolve signal integrity issues in PCB layouts while applying advanced circuit theory and high-speed design principles.Qualifications for the Signal Integrity Engineer:3+ years of experience as a Signal Integrity Engineer or in a similar role.Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.Hands-on experience with signal integrity measurements and debugging using TDR, VNA, pattern generators, and error detectors.Familiarity with simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS, CST Microwave, HSPICE, MATLAB, and ADS.Strong understanding of electromagnetic principles and high-speed digital transmission.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).Compensation/Benefits for the Signal Integrity Engineer:Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience).Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave (if required by law), and Holidays.This job opens for applications on 11/12/2025.
