Job DescriptionAre you passionate about developing and implementing strategic initiatives which drive growth? Are you ready to transform data into valuable insights to support strategic decision-making at Sika?As part of the Strategic Project Management team within APAC, we are looking for a Strategic Projects Associate who will be responsible to design and implement solutions supporting growth initiatives, drive projects focusing on business development and operational efficiencies.

In your role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams ranging from Operations to Sales to gather insights on business performance, analyze data and develop strategic plans as well as be involved in day-to-day execution and tracking. Exciting ChallengesAnalyze and interpret data and define actions with Business, Marketing, Operations and other stakeholders to solve business challengesActively support countries to review their strategic business plans and the implementation thereof.

Contribute to overall strategic plan for APAC in collaboration with cross-functional teamsImprove current and develop new processes and solutions and lead their roll-out across country organizationsDraft presentations and data visualizations for top management leveraging insights identified through data analysis, engagement of various stakeholders and desk research QualificationsYour Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering or related fields2-4 years of experience with strategic projects and data analysis at a top consulting company or in a strategy/ business development team Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability of translating data insights into actionable plansStrong ability to connect the dots and create compelling stories suitable for top managementHigh autonomy combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitudePositive and energetic spirit that brings innovative ideas that engage people around youProficiency in Excel and Office suite, knowledge of data visualization software (e. g.

, Tableau, BI) is a plusFluency in English (written and spoken)Flexible for occasional international travels
