What is the role?We are looking for a talented Field Operations Associate to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing various field activities to support our operational objectives. As a Field Operations Associate, You will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and optimising efficiency in the field. What You’ll DoField Coordination: Coordinate and schedule field activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks. Act as a liaison between the field tasks and the team, facilitating communication and information flow.

Site ManagementConduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Manage inventory and equipment at field locations, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed. ComplianceEnsure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for the smooth operation of our assets. Problem ResolutionAct as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during field operations. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance overall efficiency.
