This is a rare opportunity to co‑found and lead a new premium brand in Aotearoa - elevating our client experience and shaping our growth strategy from day one. What You’ll DoServe as a founding senior leader in Silo’s first New Zealand office. Lead sales and marketing for high‑end residential and development projects. Design and execute bespoke property campaigns tailored to Auckland’s luxury market. Recruit & mentor top-performing agents and build a high‑calibre team aligned with Silo’s values. Champion client‑first service focused on integrity, innovation, and long‑term success.

What We’re Looking ForProven track record as a Partner, Director, or senior sales executive within premium agencies. Deep market expertise in Auckland’s affluent suburbs; experience across on-market, off‑market, off‑plan, and high‑value transactions is highly desirable. Entrepreneurial mindset: motivated to grow a brand and build a business from the ground up. Alignment with Silo’s core values: honesty, excellence, integrity, proactive communication, and client-first focus.
