Job PurposeManage overall Township maintenance, upkeep, amenities and security services to enhance value to the Township and Business UnitJob ResponsibilitiesDrive and manage all township services related activities such as maintain, upkeep and enhance the amenities within the township and business unitMonitor the maintenance works as per SO’s certification by contractors within Defect Liability Period (DLP)Manage vendors or service providers to ensure the service or products provided are in accordance to the company policies and meet the expectation of all stakeholdersManage maintenance and security issue of unsold properties, urban services and landscaping works including areas yet to be handed over to respective authoritiesManage utilities bills such as TNB, Syabas, IWK and transfer of ownershipProvide advice and recommendations in relations to township services operations strategy, budgeting and management reportingBuild strong rapport with Pro-Tem/Resident Association / JMB and organize community related activitiesEstablish good rapport with Local Authority (LA) and ensure proper handling over of common areasManage township services related operating budget and expenses Manage and supervise team members under the supervision including their career development and ensure sufficient resources for project implementationProfessional Qualification & EducationDegree in Real Estate Management/Architect/Civil Engineering or any relevant qualifications in property developmentAt least 8-10 years relevant working experience in property development
