Simplex Group seeks an innovative, data-driven Graphic Designer ready to integrate their talent into the transportation industry.

As the Graphic Designer, you will develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand, engage our audience, and drive business objectives. This role requires a creative thinker passionate about storytelling and a strong understanding of content marketing. ResponsibilitiesCreate design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project specifications and internal client requirements. Develop visuals for ads, brochures, websites, presentations, and promotional materials that adhere to the brand’s identity and guidelines. Apply typography and color theory to designs, ensuring consistency and visual harmony. Work with the Operations Manager to ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and internal client expectations.

Work closely with the Marketing coordinator, Content Strategist, and other creative staff to develop cohesive design concepts. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each stay within time. Maintain design consistency across various platforms and formats, including print, digital, and packaging. Conduct quality control checks on all designs, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and high standards. Adapt designs for different platforms, ensuring optimal performance across print and digital mediums. Develop and update brand guidelines when necessary to maintain design integrity. Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Implement new design tools and processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
