In the role as Junior Development Scientist (m/f/x), your overall focus is designing and managing development projects for small volume injectable products Independently, including small molecules, proteins, peptides, mAbs and ADCs. In Your New Role, You Will Be Empowered ToPerform cost and time calculations as basis for customer proposalsInterpret analytical and other data and summarize both verbally and in scientific reportsDevelop, implement and optimize state-of-the-art techniques and procedures in the field of formulation, lyophilization or analytical development.

Develop a deeply differentiated technical skill set to contribute to department capabilities for product developmentIndependently carry out an applied research program in a relevant area of science and technology with the objectives of developing our internal capabilities as well as maintaining external visibility of our R&D groupUtilize operational excellence and statistical tools to improve experimental design, process efficiency, or quality/complianceWhat you'll bring:

Master’s degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent alternative bachelor’s degree in the respective fields plus 2 years in pharmaceutical industry also acceptableKnowledge in analytical/pharmaceutical chemistrySelf-motivated, high energy-level, ability to handle projects in parallelOrganized, structured and results-oriented approach to work with pronounced “hands-on mindset”Team spirit and well-developed interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills in connection with good written and spoken German and excellent English skillsStatistical skills and ability to use standard statistical softwareComputer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as experience with laboratory management systems and electronic laboratory notebooks desirableBenefits:
