The STI Lead will provide technical oversight, mentorship, and leadership for Simulation Training Instructors (STIs), ensuring Army training objectives are achieved effectively and safely.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of Simulation Training Instructors to deliver high-quality virtual and live training.Ensure standardization and doctrinal accuracy across all simulation training exercises.Oversee scheduling, maintenance, and operational readiness of TADSS (EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, UGT-I).Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations for assigned instructors.Coordinate with TSC Leads and installation staff to integrate simulation training with live exercises.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance training effectiveness.RequirementsSecurity:U.S. Citizenship required.Must successfully complete a government suitability determination prior to employment.Experience5+ years of experience in simulation training instruction, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Demonstrated proficiency with Army simulation systems (EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, UGT-I).Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Familiarity with Army training doctrine (TC 3-20.31) and TADSS operations.Ability to work on-site at Fort Benning, GA and support multiple units.
