Simulation Training Instructor Lead (STI Lead) - Fort Benning, GA📌 Full-Time | On-site | Position Contingent Upon Award📍 Fort Benning, GA, USA Benefits include competitive PTO, 11 Paid Government Holidays, a 401k with 6% match, and a comprehensive list of health care options.Synertex LLC is seeking an experienced Simulation Training Instructor Lead (STI Lead) to supervise and coordinate simulation training operations at Fort Benning, GA. The STI Lead will provide technical oversight, mentorship, and leadership for Simulation Training Instructors (STIs), ensuring Army training objectives are achieved effectively and safely.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of Simulation Training Instructors to deliver high-quality virtual and live training.Ensure standardization and doctrinal accuracy across all simulation training exercises.Oversee scheduling, maintenance, and operational readiness of TADSS (EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, UGT-I).Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations for assigned instructors.Coordinate with TSC Leads and installation staff to integrate simulation training with live exercises.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance training effectiveness.RequirementsSecurity:U.S. Citizenship required.Must successfully complete a government suitability determination prior to employment.Experience5+ years of experience in simulation training instruction, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Demonstrated proficiency with Army simulation systems (EST, CFFT, VCOT, MILES, UGT-I).Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Familiarity with Army training doctrine (TC 3-20.31) and TADSS operations.Ability to work on-site at Fort Benning, GA and support multiple units.
