Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Work with transactional documents: preparation, organization of the signing process, collection of documents (sales agreements, hire – purchase agreements, protocols of acceptance, insurance certificates, tax invoices, etc. )2. Collecting documents from clients for the credit committee (KYC, сonstituent documents, financial documents3. Customers counseling concerning the execution of the concluded agreements. 4. Organization, coordination and participation in car inspections and acceptance procedures. 5. Cooperation with insurance companies to obtain appropriate car insurance coverage. 6. Dealing with a telematics service provider: organizing and controlling equipment installation 7. Monitoring of the changing business environment and bringing to the attention of the head office any potential risks. 8.

Doing other tasks related to middle-office functions. Qualifications and competences: 1. The bachelor degree in economics 2. 1 - 3 years of experience in contracts management and/or sales support3. The experience in banking / leasing sector or car selling companies will be the advantage. 4. The advanced knowledge of English5. The intermediate knowledge of Excel
