Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be part of the Culture and Engagement team, to promote desired organisational culture and increase company-wide employee engagement. He/She will develop and execute strategies that serve to drive our core values, reinforce our employee proposition through action across the staff journey. Key Responsibilities Develop, plan and execute strategies to inculcate the desired company culture, values and behaviours in support of SIA’s mission and objectives.
This would include ongoing review for alignment, identifying gaps and need for change where requiredDevelop strategy and action plan to strengthen employee engagement and alignment to organisational goals and employee value propositions, including design and organisation of effective employee-centric programmes and communication, across a variety of platforms. These include:
Regular and ad-hoc events or activities, such as webinars, employee talks and workshops, Long Service Award and Retirement ceremonies, flagship events, focus groupsOngoing communication, targeted and broad-based; specific campaigns, as well as change management for key initiatives with high impact Increase leverage of new and existing platforms, ranging from online and mobile channels, to virtual / in-person townhalls and forumsServe as custodian of Company Intranet and employee mobile app contentDesign and implement process to track, measure and gather robust data on employee sentiment, engagement and behaviours, and identify gaps and opportunitiesIdentify and evaluate key trends while leveraging on analytics and new technology to deepen and sharpen insightsEngage internal stakeholders including senior management and business units, to seek feedback and support for culture and engagement initiativesDevelop strategy, structure and approach to elevate SIA’s role in volunteerism and social impact as part of Corporate Social Responsibility goalsDesign, plan and organise flagship SIA Group-wide community initiativePromote culture of volunteerism and manage/support ongoing employee volunteer programmesRequirements Possess a University Bachelor's DegreeMinimally 8-10 years’ experience in HR, with a focus on culture and engagementExcellent written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated leadership skills and high levels of experience for:
