Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be part of the Flight Operations Training & Standards department. He/She will lead “instructor teams” to develop and implement effective training programmes, as well as develop Safety Training as a leading training organization for Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP), Dangerous Goods and First Aid. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the curriculum for Introduction, Aircraft Type and Recurrent Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP) training programmes. Maintain training standards of SEP Instructors and Examiners, to meet the Air Navigation Regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.
Continuously maintain and improve training standards to meet Company objectives, Regulatory expectations and trainee expectations. Explore the implementation of established and emerging learning technologies for the team. Conduct SEP and Dangerous Goods Regulations courses for Pilots, Cabin Crew and any other operator as determined by the Company. Demonstrate and conduct physical activities such as slide jumping, swimming pool jumping, boarding of a slide-raft from the pool and firefighting. Requirements Possess a university bachelor’s degree. Excellent oral and written communication. Interpersonal awareness. Analytical / critical thinking skills.
Use of e-learning tools to develop content, adopt use of Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality tools to enhance learning experience).
