DORS, located at level one of Design Orchard and situated in the centre of Orchard Road, provides a physical retail space for new and emerging designers, at the renowned shopping belt of Singapore. It has the largest collection of locally-based designer brands in Singapore. TCS, offers creative co-working and event space housed on level 2 and rooftop of Design OrchardCareer Opportunity: As an Executive in the Partnerships & Engagement department, your primary responsibilities will encompass customer service operations, membership and partnership support, and event space management.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesMembership Inquiries & Sales ConversionManage email and walk-in inquiries related to memberships and events space. Convert inquiries into sign-ups by providing accurate and personalized communication. Handle sales inquiries from platformsMember Acquisition & RetentionSupport strategies to attract and retain members by executing campaigns and gathering feedback for improvement.
Event Planning & ExecutionPlan, set up, and support events, including issuing quotations, invoices, and tracking payments, site inspection. Oversee space setup and teardown, including furniture and event-specific arrangements. Private Office ManagementManage private offices tenants, ensuring timely updates and payment tracking. Enhance Membership BenefitsCollaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and ensure benefits align with member needs. Member Onboarding & EngagementAssist in onboarding new members and monitor engagement to improve satisfaction and conversion rates. Communication & Marketing SupportHelp implement communication strategies and support marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and drive membership growth.
Office & Asset ManagementOversee office supplies, maintain organization, and update physical and electronic asset inventories. Reporting & Process UpdatesPrepare membership and financial reports. Assist in reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for continuous improvement. Ad-Hoc SupportFlexibly handle and support the team with additional tasks and special projects as needed. Pre-requisitesDiploma/Degree or equivalent with proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to handle inquiries, provide personalized communication, and convert leads into memberships or sales. Experience in planning, organizing, and executing events, including managing logistics, setting up spaces, handling invoicing, and coordinating vendors and payments.
Knowledge of membership-based services and sales strategies, including member acquisition, retention, and engagement, with a focus on executing campaigns and tracking progress. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track payments and memberships, and maintain detailed records. Familiarity with managing office supplies and asset inventories. Proactive mindset with the ability to manage ad-hoc tasks, support special projects, and adapt to changing priorities within a dynamic team environment.
