Responsible for formulating the company's supply chain strategy and development plan to ensure that the supply chain system matches the company's business development needs. Establish and improve the supply chain management system, including procurement, logistics, inventory management and other processes and systems, to improve supply chain efficiency and service level. Monitor and analyze key indicators such as cost, quality, and delivery in each link of the supply chain, propose improvement measures and promote implementation. Formulate procurement strategies and plans to ensure that the purchased materials meet the company's quality requirements and cost control goals.
Manage supplier relationships, conduct supplier evaluation, selection and assessment, and ensure the supplier's supply capacity and service level. Participate in the negotiation and signing of procurement contracts and supervise the execution of contracts. Responsible for following up on US company business orders to ensure that orders are delivered on time. Maintain close communication with US companies, provide timely feedback on order progress, and handle customer needs and issues. Coordinate all links of the supply chain, optimize the order processing process, and improve the response speed and service quality of US business orders.
Lead and manage the supply chain team, formulate team goals and work plans, and improve team performance. Cultivate and develop team members to improve the overall quality and business capabilities of the team. Maintain good communication and collaboration with various departments within the company to ensure the smooth development of supply chain work. Complete other work tasks assigned by the supervisor.
