PURPOSEShape and manage the strategy, development, and lifecycle of data and analytics products that solve real-world challenges in the ATI industry, achieving revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in line with SITA’s strategic plans. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine Product Vision & Strategy. Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap for Data & Analytics solutions that align with SITA’s strategic goals and address critical ATI industry challenges. Drive Customer-Centric Innovation. Engage directly with ATI customers and partners to understand pain points, uncover opportunities, and translate real-world problems into product requirements that deliver measurable value. End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management.

Own the product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and sunset, ensuring each stage delivers on performance, adoption, and financial objectives. Collaborate Cross-Functionally. Work closely with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver timely, scalable, and commercially viable products. Market and Competitive Analysis. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously refine product positioning and maintain a competitive edge. Define and Track Success Metrics. Establish KPIs to evaluate product performance, customer adoption, and business impact, and use data-driven insights to guide decisions and improvements. Build Business Cases and Go-to-Market Plans.

Lead the creation of business cases for new opportunities and collaborate with commercial teams to define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies. Ensure Compliance and Data Governance. Partner with legal, security, and compliance teams to ensure data-related products meet industry standards, regulations, and customer expectations. Champion a Data-Driven Culture. Advocate for the strategic use of data internally and externally, helping customers extract actionable insights and business value from data products.

QualificationsEXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on data or analytics productsProven ability to operate in a matrixed organization, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and operations. Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, development, and go-to-market execution across multiple stakeholders and functions. Knowledge & SkillsSolid understanding of data products, APIs, and analytics concepts (dashboards, KPIs, data models, etc. ). Familiarity with data architectures, pipelines, cloud platforms, and data governance/privacy (e. g. , GDPR). Knowledge of the ATI industry and common data use cases in airport and airline operations is a plus.

Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, in agile environments. Skilled in translating customer needs into clear product requirements and API/data solutions.
