Site Acquisition (BD)

Experience and Background • Experience in F&B or Retail Industry: Prior experience in business development (BD) or market expansion in chain brands, such as food & beverage, coffee, or tea, is preferred. Familiarity with the operational models, market trends, and customer needs in the industry. • Site Selection and Negotiation Experience: Strong experience in siteselection and commercial negotiations, able to assess the business potential of different locations and negotiate lease agreements with landlords or shopping malls. • Market Insight: Familiarity with consumer trends and preferences in the Thai market, able to evaluate the market potential of bubble tea shops in different areas.JD：1. Liaise with landlords and property management, maintain relationships with staff, enhance brand influence, and select locations based on brand strategy (including surveying, negotiating, and evaluating rent, area, demographics, lease term, market equity, delivery date, opening date, videos and images, etc.) 2. Maintain relationships with existing store owners and resolve disagreements between the two parties 3. Draft or review quotations, letters of intent (LOI/OL/Quotation), lease contracts, deposits, etc., and coordinate internal approval and signing processes 4. Verify landlord company documents (property certificate, registration information), complete landlord background checks, and protect business information security 5. Understand market properties and competitive product information (rent, sales, events, etc.)6. Analyze the customer profile and composition of the brand's existing stores and improve GMV estimation models Qualifications Communication and Negotiation Skills Excellent communication and expression skills, able to clearly elaborate on cooperation plans. Proficient in conducting business negotiations and reaching win-win cooperation. Market Insight Execution and Pressure ResistanceCandidates with relevant work experience or customer resources are preferred.Good communication skill in English or Chinese is plus.
