Site Administrator – Nakskov, Denmark At Vestas, we believe that structure enables performance. As our new Site Administrator at the Nakskov blades factory, you will be a key enabler for our Factory Manager and the broader leadership team, driving coordination, clarity, and follow-through across our operations.Department: Manufacturing > Nakskov Blades Factory > AdministrationThis role is central to supporting the Factory Manager and ensuring the management team operates as a cohesive unit. You will create structure, chase deadlines, and ensure that critical information flows seamlessly, helping leaders stay focused and aligned.Responsibilities: Support the Factory Manager in managing priorities, schedules, and key communications. Lead coordination across the factory’s management team, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment on strategic initiatives. Build and maintain structured systems for meetings, reporting, and decision-making processes. Proactively gather essential information and deadlines from stakeholders, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Facilitate internal communication and documentation across the factory leadership. Qualifications: Higher education in Business Administration, HR, or related fields. Strong business understanding of production environments within a global matrix organization. Proven experience in executive coordination, stakeholder management, or administrative roles. Comfortable working closely with senior leaders and navigating high expectations.
