Site Architect – Design Guardian - Contract 11 Month

About the RoleWe are seeking a Site Architect to join our on-site team in Riyadh. Reporting to the Senior Architect, you will play a key role in ensuring design intent is maintained throughout construction, acting as the front line for quality control and coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesReview shop drawings, samples, and material submissions for compliance with design intent.Conduct site inspections and document progress against approved designs.Respond to RFIs with accurate and timely clarifications.Support coordination workshops with contractors and subcontractors.Monitor workmanship and detailing to uphold design quality standards.Collaborate with project managers and consultants to resolve day-to-day site issues.QualificationsDegree in Architecture.3–7 years of professional experience, ideally including site-based roles.Strong understanding of construction detailing and processes.Ability to read and review technical/shop drawings.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Regional or international project exposure is a plus.
