Working closely with directors, consultants, and contractors, you will ensure design integrity, buildability, and quality outcomes are achieved at every stage.You will also play a key role in guiding a small team, contributing to project strategy, and supporting marketing and sales efforts through design insight and presentation material.Your responsibilities will include:Leading project documentation, coordination, and delivery from concept to completionManaging and communicating across multiple parties - clients, consultants, contractors, and authoritiesMaintaining design intent through technical detailing and on-site involvementOverseeing project resourcing, program, and quality standardsProviding mentorship and direction to a small, capable architectural teamContributing to sales and marketing initiatives from a design perspectiveThe Like MindYou are a confident, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys balancing design excellence with commercial pragmatism. You're equally comfortable leading meetings with clients as you are rolling up your sleeves and resolving detail on a drawing.You will bring:Registration as an Architect (or eligibility for registration)10+ years' experience, ideally across high-end residential and mixed-use developmentsStrong technical and documentation capability (Revit preferred)Excellent communication and coordination skills across consultants and contractorsProven ability to lead a small team and manage multiple concurrent projectsA passion for design quality, craftsmanship, and delivery excellenceThe EnvironmentThis is a standout opportunity to work within a developer setting that values architectural integrity and detail.
