Site Architectural Inspector

JOB PURPOSEThe Site Inspector will work closely with and under the direction of the Site Architect to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure that all works comply with design intent, specifications, and contract requirements. The role involves supervising site execution, maintaining quality control, and coordinating with contractors and subconsultants to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVESLead and carry out daily architectural inspections in line with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC procedures.Monitor site activities to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules.Coordinate with subconsultants, contractors, and the Site Architect to resolve site queries and technical issues.Review and comment on contractor submittals, including ITPs, method statements, material approvals, and shop drawings.Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, RFIs, NCRs, snag lists, and other site documentation.Participate in site meetings, prepare progress and inspection reports, and ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.Support the Site Architect during project handover, including snagging, de-snagging, and documentation close-out.QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTSDiploma or degree in Architecture.10–15 years of site supervision experience, preferably in the Middle East.Proficiency in Aconex, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Office, and snagging tools; Revit knowledge is an advantage.Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and QA/QC processes.Ability to work independently, manage documentation, and coordinate multiple tasks effectively.COMPETENCIESStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Team-oriented with a proactive approach.High attention to detail and quality focus.Planning, organization, and time management.Analytical thinking and problem-solving under pressure.Interested candidates can share their CVs directly to "recruit.ksa@dsa-arch.com" mentioning "Site Architectural Inspector" as the subject.
