Site Civil Engineer

We are representing a well-established general contracting company based in Abu Dhabi, recognized for delivering high-quality residential and commercial construction projects across the UAE.Our client is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on site management, technical precision, and ensuring that every project is executed to the highest standard of quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and supervise on-site construction activities.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.Review and implement approved drawings, specifications, and design details.Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Prepare, review, and maintain accurate technical reports and documentation.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.Candidate Profile and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.2–5 years of relevant Gulf experience in civil site execution.Strong technical understanding of construction drawings and specifications.Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently under tight deadlines.What Great Looks LikeThe ideal candidate is a proactive engineer who takes full ownership of site operations - ensuring every detail aligns with design intent, quality standards, and client expectations.
