Our mission is to combine traditional recruitment and coaching methods with new technology, to provide a tailored and innovative solution to our clients and candidates.Position OverviewMorgan Latif has been exclusively retained by a global manufacturing leader to search for a confidential key hire as Site Director, Sabinov, Slovakia.We are seeking a seasoned and inspirational Site Director to lead and transform one of the organisation’s most strategically important European facilities. Reporting directly to a global manufacturing executive, the Site Director will manage a site of 600+ employees, driving workforce engagement, stabilising operations, and ensuring successful new product launches. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong change management and cultural transformation capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume production plant, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost objectives are consistently achieved.Drive cultural and organisational change to improve engagement and reduce attrition levels.Build and strengthen the leadership team, ensuring succession planning and leadership capability development.Oversee and deliver successful product launches, including next-generation e-compressors, inverters, and fuel cell compressors.Maintain and improve operational KPIs across safety, productivity, and efficiency while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications10+ years’ experience in senior manufacturing leadership roles within high-volume, complex environments (automotive or electronics preferred).Proven ability to lead large-scale operations and deliver business transformation.Track record in employee relations and cultural change, ideally with union or works council exposure.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage at all levels.Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field; MBA preferred.Fluent in Slovak or Czech and English.Look forward to receiving your application!
