Highly respected and busy Tier 1 builder are looking for a Site Engineer to join the team working on a $650 mil health job.The company undertake projects in a variety of sectors including industrial, health, commercial, rail and large CBD jobs up to $1 bil and work with a lot of repeat clients.ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers with planning, scheduling, and budgetingCollaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely, cost-effective deliveryEnsure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulationsPrepare and maintain project documentation (schedules, contracts, change orders)Monitor progress and update managers on milestones and issuesCoordinate with team members to complete tasks on time and within budgetTrack expenses and provide regular updates to managersIdentify and resolve issues, escalating to managers as neededRequirementsProven experience as a Site Engineer on projects over $50 milProven experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 builder.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field2+ years of experience in project engineering within the construction industryExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyDetail-oriented with an analytical mindsetReliable referencesMust already be in Australia to be considered for this roleExperience working for a commercial Builder beforeIf you feel this is the job for you please get in touch with Gaby Scott: 0466901*** / ******@bluestonerecruitment.com
