Job Description

Role And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToSetting out, levelling, and surveying the site in accordance with project requirements.Assist in the management of site activities to ensure works are progressing to programme.Ensure all company health and safety procedures are followed and promote a safe working environment.Check, understand, and interpret drawings and specifications, and communicate any discrepancies to the Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and information.Supervise and monitor the quality of workmanship and materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.Record and maintain detailed site diaries, as-built information, and daily progress reports.Support the project team with logistical planning, temporary works, and site management tasks as required.Assist in maintaining cost effectiveness through efficient use of resources and careful planning.Ensure compliance with building regulations, design intent, and good construction practice.Work collaboratively with the wider site team to meet project goals and construction milestones.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:Engineering or construction qualification with 1–3 years’ experience in a site engineering role.Strong knowledge of construction methods, building details, and surveying techniques.Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.Proficient IT skills, including Word, Excel, and MS Project.Experience using digital construction platforms (e.g., Procore) beneficial.Based in Midlands
