Site Engineers Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work quality meets company standards.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project deadlines.Prepare daily progress reports and monitor material usage.Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures at all times.Qualifications:BSc/NDT/NDES in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of site experience in building or warehouse projects.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently with attention to detail.2. Fabrication & Installation Supervisors Key Responsibilities:Supervise and guide steel fabrication and installation teams.Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.Monitor progress and ensure fabrication meets required specifications.Maintain health and safety standards at the worksite.Qualifications:NCT or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical or Civil fields.Minimum 2 years of experience in steel structure fabrication or erection.Good leadership and communication skills.Hands-on experience with warehouse or industrial steel projects will be an advantage.3. Trainee Quantity Surveyors Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.Support progress measurements and site valuations.Work closely with project and site teams for accurate data collection.Qualifications:Following or completed a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.Strong numerical and analytical skills.Good command of MS Excel and AutoCAD.Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic construction environment.
