Job DescriptionYour roleDrive adherence to company safety policies, operational efficiency, and core values.Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.Manage maintenance and repair operations, including coordination with subcontractors.Perform on-call duties and manage incidents as necessary.Document progress, issues, and results, and implement improvement measures.Provide supervision to Junior Site Engineers, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and professional development guidance.Demonstrate advanced proficiency in technical skills pertinent to the role, covering troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.What You’ll Need2+ years of experience in ‘Mission critical’ operations and maintenance of large scale electrotechnical and/or mechanical systemsEducation to a vocational level in a technical field and/or site engineering positionSkilled in maintenance of electrotechnical and/or mechanical systemsPreferably skilled in the maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems, HVAC Mechanical and/or Electrical
