Site Engineer – Rakhat Construction

Job Summary:We are seeking a capable and diligent Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for our projects across the UAE. This role requires ensuring technical compliance, robust progress monitoring, and proactive problem-solving on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and hands-on experience managing site operations for large-scale developments, including high floor residential projects.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities, ensuring all work aligns with project plans and specifications.Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and construction-related issues.Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety regulations, and promptly address any discrepancies.Monitor project progress, prepare daily site reports, and communicate updates to the project management team.Assist in resource allocation, material management, and site logistics to maintain efficient operations.Oversee the implementation of safety procedures and risk assessments on site.Review construction drawings and provide technical guidance to the workforce.Maintain accurate project records, including material usage, site changes, and quality assurance documentation.Support in the handover process and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction, ideally within the UAE.Demonstrated experience working on high floor residential projects.Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, building codes, and local authority requirements.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software.Excellent technical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.Preferred Skills:Experience on large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.Sound understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.Exceptional teamwork, coordination, and time-management abilities.Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving site conditions.Previous experience in both contractor and developer environments is an advantage.
