Site Engineer

VST GROUP Greece, a dynamic group of companies specializing in real estate development and property management for both private clients and businesses, is currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the supervision and coordination of construction sites, ensuring seamless project execution in alignment with timelines, technical specifications, and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise on-site construction activities (structural works, masonry, plastering, MEP installations, etc.)Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and construction teamsEnsure quality control and adherence to project plans and specificationsMonitor construction schedules and budget performanceCommunicate with suppliers and oversee material deliveriesEnforce health & safety protocols on sitePrepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site recordsRequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering (University or Technical Institute)Minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction sitesSolid understanding of construction drawings and execution plansAbility to resolve on-site technical issues in real timeProficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and construction management appsStrong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and organizational abilityValid driving license and willingness to work at various locations if necessaryWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageContinuous support from our technical and administrative teamsOpportunities for professional growth and career advancement
