Site Manager (Civil Works)

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager (Civil Works) to lead the execution activities of a high-standard industrial facility project, fully compliant with multinational corporate HSE and GMP standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage and supervise daily site execution of civil works.Lead on-site teams and subcontractors to achieve progress, quality, and safety objectives according to schedule and budget.Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports, inspection records, and documentation in full compliance with client audit, QA/QC, and handover requirements.Ensure adherence to company and client standards on safety, quality, and site procedures.REQUIREMENTSMinimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager / Civil Works Lead in industrial facility projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and interpretation of technical drawings.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.English: Intermediate level (sufficient for client communication and reporting).Romanian : Intermediate level (sufficient for client communication and reporting).Please send your applications to info@evomep.eu Note : We regret to inform you that we will not be able to respond to messages via direct message.
