Our success is built on teamwork, innovation and a commitment to quality, creating an environment where talented people can thrive, develop their careers and take pride in projects delivered to the highest standards.The OpportunityWe are seeking three Site Managers to join our delivery team:1 - based in Buncrana / Derry, managing residential housing and apartment developments.1 - based in Dublin, managing a commercial project. 1 - based in Northern Ireland, managing a commercial project.As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in co-ordinating trades, ensuring programme, quality, safety and client expectations are met.What You Will Deliver•Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor teams.•Drive programme, cost and quality targets in line with company standards.•Maintain a strong focus on Health & Safety and Quality Assurance.•Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.•Support procurement and materials management on site.What You Bring•Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager in residential housing/apartments (for a North-West role) or commercial projects (Dublin & Northern Ireland roles)•Preferably an engineering or construction-related qualification.•Excellent knowledge of construction trades, techniques and H&S standards.•Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.•IT skills (MS Office; project reporting tools)•For roles in Northern Ireland, “Gold Card” is requiredWhat We Offer•Competitive salary package aligned to your experience and achievements.•Pension contributions and health & wellbeing supports.•A collaborative, safety-first culture with a strong focus on quality, teamwork and work-life balance.•Opportunity to lead exciting residential and commercial builds.Interested in learning more?
